The Amin family establishes SLK Software, a technology services firm that grows into a global business across AI, intelligent automation and analytics, operating in seven countries with clients across banking, insurance and manufacturing.

Dimension Labs

SLK establishes its innovation centre of excellence, the engine room that re-engineers enterprise automation and incubates the group’s product ambitions.

VFI SLK joint venture · SLK Green Park

SLK partners with NYSE-listed Voya Financial to create VFI SLK, a financial services capability centre headquartered at the family’s own SLK Green Park campus in the BLR Airport corridor.

Avo Automation launched

SLK spins off Avo Automation, the first platform to unify process discovery, test automation and RPA into a Quality Automation System. SAP and Oracle certified at launch.

Coforge acquires SLK Global Solutions

The family sells a controlling stake in SLK Global Solutions, its banking and mortgage BPM business, to NSE-listed Coforge.

VFI SLK becomes Voya India

Voya Financial assumes full ownership of the joint venture, which is rebranded Voya India and continues to operate from SLK Green Park.

Exit 02

Altimetrik acquires SLK Software

TPG-backed Altimetrik acquires a majority of the flagship in a transaction reported at $600M, completing a quarter-century arc from founding to global exit.

The family’s permanent capital compounds across Avo Automation, Amin Properties, SLK Hotels & Resorts and Maldivian Mermaid, from Bengaluru to the Maldives.
