Parth Amin is the Founder of SLK Group and also the CEO and Managing Director of SLK Software. Prior to SLK, he was the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Kirloskar Computer Services.
Parth's foresight and business acumen has placed SLK Group as a forerunner in the Software Services and BPO Services arena. SLK’s growth is a testimony to his entrepreneurial capabilities.
Parth holds a degree in Business Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
Gopal is the Vice Chairman of the SLK Group and the Chairman and CEO of SLK Global. With nearly three decades of rich experience, he is acknowledged as a thought leader for innovative outsourcing initiatives across the financial services industry in international business development and client relationships.
As the CEO of SLK Global, he has driven several initiatives including operational excellence for 'zero surprise delivery', and has steered the organization into providing customers with business-focused technology-based products using disruptive technologies.
He focuses on driving initiatives in institutionalizing culture of process excellence, integrity, quality and long-term business relationships which has resulted in SLK’s fast growth and dynamism.
Gopal graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, MA.
With SLK since inception, Girish is one of the key leaders responsible for providing strategic direction to the company. With over 25 years in the software industry, he brings rich business and IT experience responsible for the overall growth and scaling of the company.
Girish’s strength lies in his approachable, endearing personality that has resulted in encouragement and implementation of many a great ideas that have come from employees across the company.
Deepak is a well-balanced senior business leader with 25+ years of global experience in setting-up, scaling-up, leading and transforming diversified businesses across multiple industries like Outsourcing-BPM/IT, Telecom, Mobile Payments, Retail/FMCG, Travel-Airlines, E-commerce, and Industrial. He has a unique blend of experience in both “digital” and “brick and mortar” world, having worked for Manufacturing, Services and Development sectors with reputed Fortune 500 global organizations, like Siemens, GE, IBM and Infosys.
In the BPM/IT world, he has led large P&L and global operations, account management, platform IP and solutions, solution design, transition, quality, training across multiple industry verticals as mentioned above and practices viz. Customer Service, Tech/Product Support, F&A, HRO, and Sourcing & Procurement.

At SLK, he leads Business Units, Operations, Business Continuity, and Products/Platforms along with enabling functions viz. HR, IT, Quality, Process Training, and Admin/Facilities.
Deepak is an Electrical Engineer and management graduate from IIM Bangalore. He is certified in Six-sigma, COPC, ISO 9000, Transition Methodology, and Assessment Development Centre. Gallup SF34, Landmark Forum, YLP (Yogic NLP) and Seven Habits are close to his heart. He is a practitioner of NVC (Non-violent communication) and Art of Living.
Alok is responsible for creation and execution of overall revenue generation strategy for the business process management services area of SLK, as head of Sales for SLK Global. He also serves as the President of ATPR Inc.
Alok has over 20 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry and in business consulting. He has managed large operations across banking, mortgage lending, title insurance and other sectors within the financial services industry, including as head of mortgage operations at a leading US Bank.
He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the business process services arm of SLK, where he contributed significantly in helping transform customers businesses and deliver services to multiple clients.
Alok has a Masters in Management from the Birla Institute of Technology.
Anoop has over 20 years of experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, products and services and is a multifaceted business, technology and operations leader.
He has extensive regional and global experience in sales, strategy, alliances and M&A across Americas, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Japan.
At SLK, Anoop has been responsible for business development globally, deepening customer relationships. As a proactive leader, mentor and coach, he has built, managed and led high performing teams in diverse cross-cultural environments. He is also responsible for setting up the Industry Solutions & Consulting Group and Strategic Alliances and Partnerships.
Anoop holds a Master’s Degree in Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Anoop engages actively in community events that focus on social and economic empowerment in his personal time.
Stephan is a 30 years management and IT consulting veteran who has worked with IBM, Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Strategy& (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton), and recently with SAP, where he spent more than 10 years.
His core expertise lies in Business Transformation Management, ERP, Cloud Computing, and Human Resources. Stephan has always been passionate about helping organizations make sustainable and holistic business change and impact happen by leveraging automation and other technologies.
At SLK Software, Stephan is heading the business in Europe, Asia Pacific geographic regions. Additionally, Stephan is responsible for SLK Software’s business with our automation solutions and platforms.
Stephan has a passion for Art, and loves sports in all forms and flavors. He is based out of Singapore.
Jagdish Bhandarkar is a technology geek with 20 years of industry experience across a career spanning with industry leaders including SLK Technologies, Infosys, Wipro, and IBM.
As the Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for driving SLK’s technology vision, which is to continuously enhance the innovation on behalf of customers at a global scale.
Prior to joining SLK, he worked with Infosys where he headed the Infosys Architecture Board. His accolades include Best Partner Initiative for Connect Architecture and Infosys Award for Excellence. Also recognized by CorpU, USA for Exemplary Practice in Connect Architecture, he has held various positions ranging from Research Engineer to VP of Technology in the industry.
Jagdish Bhandarkar earned his M.Engg from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is an alumni of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and graduated from Mangalore University. He has authored many articles for journals and conferences.
Dhirendra Nath, Chief Human Resources Officer, SLK, has extensive experience spanning across Software, Pharmaceutical and Retail industries.
Dhirendra leads the company’s Human Resources Strategy and Talent charter globally. For SLK's sustainable success, he prioritises initiatives around Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Total Rewards, Learning and Organizational Development, Talent Management and Technology-led HR Service Delivery.
Prior to joining SLK, Dhirendra held Global Human Resources Leadership roles at Wipro. He has also worked with companies such as Future Group, Dr Reddy’s and Apeejay Surrendra. Throughout his career, Dhirendra has extensively worked across geographies to set up and scale HR Operations.
Dhirendra holds a Post Graduate in Human Resources from IISWBM, Kolkata.
