Parth Amin is the Founder of SLK Group and also the CEO and Managing Director of SLK Software. Prior to SLK, he was the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Kirloskar Computer Services.
Parth's foresight and business acumen has placed SLK Group as a forerunner in the Software Services and BPO Services arena. SLK’s growth is a testimony to his entrepreneurial capabilities.
Parth holds a degree in Business Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
Gopal is the Vice Chairman of the SLK Group and the President and CEO of SLK Global. With nearly three decades of rich experience, he is acknowledged as a thought leader for innovative outsourcing initiatives across the financial services industry in international business development and client relationships.
As the CEO of SLK Global, he has driven several initiatives including operational excellence for 'zero surprise delivery', and has steered the organization into providing customers with business-focused technology-based products using disruptive technologies.
He focuses on driving initiatives in institutionalizing culture of process excellence, integrity, quality and long-term business relationships which has resulted in SLK’s fast growth and dynamism.
Gopal graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, MA.
With SLK since inception, Girish is one of the key leaders responsible for providing strategic direction to the company. With over 25 years in the software industry, he brings rich business and IT experience responsible for the overall growth and scaling of the company.
Girish’s strength lies in his approachable, endearing personality that has resulted in encouragement and implementation of many a great ideas that have come from employees across the company.
Tarun has over 26 years of experience in efficiently developing new business and markets for multinational Fortune companies in the Asia-Pacific region, including Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in Turnaround Management & Offshoring, Start-up Management, Value Based Management/business growth, operations improvement and cost saving initiatives.
Tarun has rich experience in running IT & ITeS offshore, delivery and shared services centers and many start-up ventures. Along with managing Operations and Product Development, he also leads enabling functions like HR, IT, Quality, Facilities, Information Security and Business Continuity at SLK Global.
Tarun is qualified in the Financial domain (Member of Cost & Management Accountants and Finalist in Chartered Accountancy & Company Secretary) along with IT certifications in Masters in Oracle Applications and IBM’s E-Commerce and IT systems & Infrastructure.
Alok is responsible for creation and execution of overall revenue generation strategy for the business process management services area of SLK, as head of Sales for SLK Global. He also serves as the President of ATPR Inc.
Alok has over 20 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry and in business consulting. He has managed large operations across banking, mortgage lending, title insurance and other sectors within the financial services industry, including as head of mortgage operations at a leading US Bank.
He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the business process services arm of SLK, where he contributed significantly in helping transform customers businesses and deliver services to multiple clients.
Alok has a Masters in Management from the Birla Institute of Technology.
Anoop has over 20 years of experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, products and services and is a multifaceted business, technology and operations leader.
He has extensive regional and global experience in sales, strategy, alliances and M&A across Americas, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Japan.
At SLK, Anoop has been responsible for business development globally, deepening customer relationships. As a proactive leader, mentor and coach, he has built, managed and led high performing teams in diverse cross-cultural environments. He is also responsible for setting up the Industry Solutions & Consulting Group and Strategic Alliances and Partnerships.
Anoop holds a Master’s Degree in Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Anoop engages actively in community events that focus on social and economic empowerment in his personal time.
Sankalp Saxena is a seasoned global executive having managed large, distributed and multifaceted teams to create innovative solutions that delivered transformational value for global customers. He has over 30 years of experience in working with companies across 30+ countries. In his role at SLK, he is responsible for providing overall leadership for Europe and lead strategic initiatives of broadening SLK’s footprint across Europe, strengthening existing engagements and establishing key go-to-market partnerships.
Prior to joining SLK, he was the President and Global Head of the Aviation Business Services (ABS) Strategic Business Unit for IBS Software Services. Prior to IBS, he was the Chairman and CEO of Moveo Systems, a leading provider of innovative enterprise mobile solutions. He has also served as a SVP with Macromedia and i2 Technologies and was the Chairman and Managing Director of their respective Indian operations. In addition, he has held senior level management positions with Oracle, Lucent Technologies, Procter & Gamble and Honeywell. He is passionate about pushing the technology envelope and was identified as a visionary by ‘Purchasing’ magazine for his work in the collaborative eProcurement space and was also a guest lecturer at Stanford University Law School.
Sankalp holds a graduate and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on supply chain optimization, artificial intelligence and robotics, from Lehigh University (USA) and has also attended Stanford University (USA) for executive education programs. He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and has served as the Chapter Chairman for the Bangalore Chapter and has also been a member of the YPO South Asia Regional Board of Directors. He has also been recently inducted into the global Chief Executive Officer organization. In his free time, he is an avid reader, a wine aficionado, loves spending time with his wife and three daughters, enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures.

Manish has been responsible for providing strategic leadership in the areas of corporate finance, M&As, legal & secretarial, procurement and administration.
A go getter by nature, building and retaining highly motivated teams with a high standard of performance, Manish has lent his valuable expertise to companies such as Mphasis Ltd, America Online and Hitachi Home.
Manish is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and his awards include featuring in The Annual CFO100 Roll of Honor for 2014 & 2015, Most Influential CFOs of India 2015 among others.
An avid sports enthusiast, Manish enjoys cricket, badminton and cycling.
Ajith has over 22 years of experience across the Human Resources Management Spectrum, in IT, Services and Manufacturing sectors.
Ajith has held Senior Leadership positions in various prestigious organizations and has contributed greatly to optimize their performance, secure long-term success, creating a culture of high performance and building a positive organizational culture.
Ajith has been recognized amongst the ‘30 best HR leaders in India’ at the World HRD Congress 2013. He received the “Asia Pacific HR Leadership Award” at Asia Pacific HRM congress 2014.
Ajith is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and holds an Advanced Management Program (AMP) degree. In addition, he also has done his Post-Graduation (MBA) in Personnel Management from the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) and MBA from the International University, USA.
Jagdish Bhandarkar is a technology geek with 20 years of industry experience across a career spanning with industry leaders including SLK Technologies, Infosys, Wipro, and IBM.
As the Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for driving SLK’s technology vision, which is to continuously enhance the innovation on behalf of customers at a global scale.
Prior to joining SLK, he worked with Infosys where he headed the Infosys Architecture Board. His accolades include Best Partner Initiative for Connect Architecture and Infosys Award for Excellence. Also recognized by CorpU, USA for Exemplary Practice in Connect Architecture, he has held various positions ranging from Research Engineer to VP of Technology in the industry.
Jagdish Bhandarkar earned his M.Engg from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is an alumni of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and graduated from Mangalore University. He has authored many articles for journals and conferences.
